Post breast cancer surgery bras

I'm having breast conserving surgery. BC nurse says I need a front fastening bra with adjustable straps for afterwards. I currently wear a 34 B bra. Any recommendations?

M&S have quite a wide range of post surgery bras. They are a good place to start for working out what is comfortable and works for you.
