For various reasons of sentimentality DH has bought me 11 pairs of liberty PJ's over the years. They are, imo, ridiculously expensive. They have been gifts for Xmas mostly.
Whilst the fabric is gorgeous, they are quite poorly made and the buttons fall off a lot. I do my very best to find them and sew them back on. I am now missing 9 buttons across the pairs. They each come with one spare button, all now used up.
I contacted Liberty, with photos, asking to purchase some replacements and was told they do not have them and will not get any. They still make the pyjamas, thew buttons have not changed.
Would you expect to be able to get replacement buttons for a £180 pair of pyjamas? (I have proof of purchase for all of them) I am happy to pay for them.
