Cord=too bloody hot
What u would expect a school teacher to wear with tights and sensible shoes so it's fine for that personally I wouldn't wear it or think of buying it but could look nice skinny or larger 90 though nope

I don’t like the cord. That style of dress should be in a fabric that drapes nicely, not one that sits stiffly in its own shape rather than following your body. Also it looks very fitted across the bodice, so I think the absence of any stretch would make it restrictive and uncomfortable to wear. And I suspect it would be too hot most of the time, even in winter. I think there are dress styles that could work in cord, but this isn’t one of them.

I think it looks really nice on you OP, how does it feel when your moving about? It's nice that its not Midi length too, I'm absolutely done with midi dresses and skirts.
