I've seen this brand mentioned a good few times and looking into a subscription.

I have looked at the sign up and it's asking for my bank details before I actually know what I'm getting.

I'm looking for help with my enlarged pores, fine lines and a little pigmentation. Does anyone have these concerns and can tell me what I would receive?

Does the pack contain cleanser, moisture or do I stick with my own? SPF?

Does the supply's last a month? I'm concerned they ship every month and I end up building up supply with no easy way to pause - contact form only no phone number.

Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Look for a different brand where you can buy what you want

The USP of Dermatica is the little blue capped tube of prescription skincare. They do sell cleansers etc separately I think but I don’t bother as I have ones I like from other brands. Definitely not included in the price.

You can adjust the gap between treatment dispatch so if you find the tube is lasting longer (which is common, the tube size is deceptive) you can delay the next delivery. This also helps ensure the formula is fresh since the expiry dates are very short imo. You do this on your online account, you don’t have to call etc.

I’ve always found Dermatica customer care good. They contact you every three months to find out how you are getting on and can adjust your formula.

The tret formula imo is quite gentle, certainly if compared with something like Retirides.

Nothing to add to what was written above. I have mine arrive every 6 weeks. It's easy to stop if it's not for you

Completely agree I’m able to set my delivery to every 10 weeks with 1 pump nearly every night buffered with the tiniest amount of an Avene moisturiser

im on my 2nd so it’s .025 Tretinoin niacinadide and azalaic

im enjoying how stripped back and simple my routine is a fragrance free dry skin cleanser, spf, moisturiser to buffer on a night and an eye gel for night to protect the crepey undereye getting really dry

although it’s a simple routine diligence is important ie SPF every day and on a night I wash my face a good hour before putting the Dermatica on as your face has to be completely dry

I have looked at the sign up and it's asking for my bank details before I actually know what I'm getting. Part of what you’re paying for is for the dermatologist to look at your skin to work out what your prescription will be. So you won’t know what it is before you pay. You then get your prescription cream as part of the same price.

I'm looking for help with my enlarged pores, fine lines and a little pigmentation. Does anyone have these concerns and can tell me what I would receive? I have fine lines and pigmentation, I get tretinoin and hydroquinone.

Does the pack contain cleanser, moisture or do I stick with my own? SPF? You just get your prescription cream, you’ll need to buy all your other stuff separately.

I always delay my deliveries, get them about 8 weeks apart. I also stopped for about 6 months at one point. It’s easy to change on the website.

Thank you all, I've signed up and I'm getting Adapalene, Niacinamide and Clindamycin Lotion. Ive also added the cleanser and moisturiser so I can see what I think.
what spf are you using?
