Is Otrium a legitimate site?

I see a lot of White Stuff on Otrium at excellent prices but I am wondering if it is real or dodgy? Has anyone used it?

I’ve just googled their reviews. Numbers are high, but the first one I saw was a ‘lost’ return. Their reply was in very poorly written English that would certainly make me wary, and it seemed to be a bit of a fob off. Personally I’d avoid.

It's fine. I've made about 4 orders and have never had an issue. There are some good deals.

It's got a rating of 4.5 with Trust Pilot and over 3K reviews. It's not a dodgy website.

I think I'll chance it - I recognise some of the stock from 3 years ago which would explain the low price.

I've ordered from there twice. One parcel was missing an item I had to chase but they then refunded quickly and gave me a discount voucher for my next order as an apology.

Well I ordered yesterday and it arrived today, seems they are indeed legit.
