Any recommendations for an eye mask? Must block out light. Ideally something that feels more luxurious than the travel one i have made of foam.

I always use Jasmine Silk - definitely feel more luxurious, block out the light and aren’t expensive.

I'd recommend one with Bluetooth. I stayed over at a friend's house this weekend, put some ambient rain noise on, and didn't see or hear a thing until the morning.

Thank you. Yes I was considering silk.

I have a few different masks, mostly freebies, but since I bought a silk one the others have been relegated to the drawer as travel ones.

Loads of them in TK Max for Christmas now - fur and silk ones. I sleep with one every night. They say it helps you lose weight 😂😂😂

Does it work better if you wear more than one at a time haha

Yes, hand wash and leave to dry.

Get one from Drowsy. I've tried many many eye masks (I'm a terrible sleeper, plus I used to fly a lot on business) and Drowsy is head and shoulders above the rest.
