I've had their catalogue through the post and like the look of their stuff.

Nice velvet pieces in gorgeous colours, nice looking knitwear.

Is it any good?

I have a few linen dresses. The fabrics are largely natural fibres and good quality. The Chrissy(?) dress (long, linen, belted) is the perfect item to travel in and I wear them year round.
I find many styles a bit saggy and oversized but that's a personal preference.
The customer service was exceptional. I think it's a small team.

Yes, I like the linen shirts and dresses, and the jogger type trousers; they’re practical for day to day and have had lots of wear.

I ordered some of the velvet pieces to try on and didn’t like the way they hung - a bit cheap looking as per pp. The knitwear looks a bit shapeless to me so I’ve not been tempted to try any.

I ordered a pair of their trousers - they were over £100 and when they arrived they looked a similar quality to something off a market stall.

Sent back sharpish. Has put me off although I like the look of some of their stuff.

I have four of their silk blouses which I bought in the sale. I wouldn't pay full price but quality is good and I'm happy with them.

However, I've just received an email to say they are doing a colab with Kat Farmer who is super annoying which has put me off shopping with them.

I ordered some sweaters from John Lewis, the quality was really poor so I returned them.
