Help! Interview outfit - cool/arty but has shit together

Going for a Manager role at my current work. Vibe is quite cool/arty but this team are client facing so seem a bit smarter dressed. I usually wear whatever I would wear outside of work to the office but I want to seem more ‘put together’. Maybe an oversized blazer, black dress, an interesting necklace. Any ideas welcomed!

I think that outfit sounds just fine. You could wear smart small black ankle boots or loafers and black tights for a more smart/casual look too (as opposed to any shoes which are court type). Or you could go for a subtle print dress and a black blazer. Choose any bag you take carefully. Nothing slouchy/saggy/too big/too small. It all depends on your working environment but everything conspicuously clean, no loose threads, nails clean & trimmed, shoes clean etc will always present well. Interviewers do often notice tiny details and it all adds to the general effect that you take care of details/are organised which is what most employers want in an employee.
