Long black coat - poss steampunk style

Wonder if anyone knows a good place to look for a long black coat for my teen dd. She's quite drawn to kind of Victorian or steampunk style. But the ones we're finding online seem to be expensive and really want to find sth affordable as she'll likely grow out of it in a blink!

I would then look around as I found a H+R coat much cheaper elsewhere

EMP was going to be my suggestion so I'll throw in a wildcard with Joe Browns.
