I've just received a dress that's got some damage that wasn't listed. It's still wearable but in poorer condition than described (imo) so I'm unhappy with what I paid for it.

I'm happy to return it, but would also be happy with a small discount, is there a way to arrange that on the app if the seller is amenable?

Yes, click the 'I have a issue' button instead of 'everything is ok'. You can then send a message to the seller to discuss what it is you want to do. Keep in mind the buyer has to pay for the return. If you can't agree on a resolution you can message Vinted and they will decide for you.

Thank you. So does the seller have an option to inform vinted to only take 90% of the agreed payment, for example?

Not sure, I've not been on the seller side of things when negotiating partial refunds.

Hi, I’m not sure the seller can refund part but if you discuss on a message first they could send you a PayPal or bank transfer. I recently refunded an item but I’m sure the only option was refund in full. If you raise an issue and you resolve with the seller just make sure you close the issue or the seller won’t be paid their funds.
