Slim fitting short waterproof trousers

I'm looking for seemingly the impossible. I'm size 4/6 and very petite. I need short leg 29 inch leg max and as slim fitting as possible with adjustable legs to allow boots to fit. They need to be wind and waterproof.

I've tried kids sizes but they are too baggy and to fit my hips, they are then too big on the waist.

Willing to spend whatever I need to find something that actually fits.

Thank you! I'll order as they may be a backstop with overtrousers. I'm going to waterfalls so definitely need waterproof if any one had seen the holy grail!

I got some waterproof over trousers in sports direct and just turned them up (about 7 inches!) as they were massively too long. They were cheap though and high waisted so figured it was worth it.

Someone on here helpful pointed out recently that acai trousers were on sportspursuit cheap and I ordered some on there for post-pregnancy so worth checking if they have any left.

Maybe try waterproof salopettes/dungarees?

Not the exact same style but I bought these for a trip to Iceland a few years ago. Inside leg is 30" though

I think the 30inch will be too long, but I'll try. Also the fjall raven ones could be ok with over trousers. Will order and report back. Still open to any other ideas you all might have
