Suddenly have large pores, 40s

It seems to have happened practically overnight! My face looks so much older, like the peel on a satsuma 😂 How best to confront this? I cleanse and exfoliate. Then just use Nivea so could probably up just skin care. Help!

Niacinamide is key - try The Ordinary.

Glycolic acid also worth trying.
