Seasalt coat sizing

So…after much looking, I’m going to go for a Seasalt High Water coat. Any advice on sizing please? Not sure whether to go for a 6 or an 8. TIA!

What size are you usually? I'm a 10-12 in most coats and went for a 10 in seasalt coat and it was roomy but fit was perfect for winter when wearing jumpers underneath

Thanks @Cheesewiz - I’m usually a 6 or an 8 in coats.

I would size down if I had to bet. I got their 'Rain' coat and went for a size smaller than usual and there is still plenty of room for big jumpers underneath.
Different model to the one you are buying but might be relevant anyway.

I would go for a 6

Size down unless you wear a lot of very chunky knits. IME they are generously sized.

Depends on your shape. They're roomy at the top but narrow on the hips. So I cant size down or I can't fasten it at the bottom, but still have plenty of room at the top for an extra sweater.

Thanks all - I’ve ordered a 6 and will see how it fits! 😊
