Ba&sh returns and fit advice

Eyeing a coat in the ba&sh sale but haven't shopped there before. Trustpilot reviews aren't great, apparently you have to pay for returns to be sent to France but their website states a UK address. Anyone used ba&sh recently and is this the case?
Side note, how is the sizing?

I am not a huge help as I've never had to return but knew it was pay to post back alright. Sizing is big enough I find. I have a dress and two tops, both Size 1..I'm a size 8-10 (probably a true 10)

Yes but I do smile when I think of the price and then the material is not fantastic but I love the designs and the cut and they're a bit different aren't they? I am very careful with handwashing etc when I need to. Good luck, hope you're happy when it arrives! Sales are fairly good.

I recently returned a jumper - quality seemed OK (not exceptional) but it was bigger than expected and looked different from the website pics. Had to pay for return postage but was refunded quickly. I probably wouldn’t bother with them again tbh!
