Is there a way to cover dark circles without wearing a full face of makeup?

I have really dark circles under my eyes, always have done since being a child. I never go to work without makeup but often go without at home. Without it, I just look tired.

At the moment I use Bobbi brown peach to cancel out my dark circles and then Estée Lauder double wear foundation on top to blend it into the rest of my face/hide the fact I've slapped a load of orange over my dark circles.

Is there a way of covering dark circles without putting a full face of foundation on? I don't necessarily need foundation for the rest of my face really.

Thanks 😊

I am taking the dive and getting filler in my test troughs for my dark circles - it appears to work really well and lasts about a year. I want to be make up free for the majority of the time, and was during lockdowns, but my dark eye area makes me self conscious.

I got mine done. I still have dark circles, but the area is smoother so it's easier to put makeup on top.
I'm still looking for a treatment that might actually treat the dark circles themselves.

Glasses. Even ones which aren't dark often obscure the shadows.

I agree that SOME glasses may work, but I haven't been able to find any having looked everywhere. The fashion now is for much bigger frames so they don't fall at the right place.

@Gwenhwyfar, I don't buy the anti reflective coating, generally. I find the amount of light bouncing of the uncoated lenses does the trick!😉😂 And if it's too dark for that you don't see the shadows anyway...

But makeup wise, I find if I wear eyeliner underneath my eyes it accentuates them. So I just tight line my top lashes.

Don't wear any concealer underneath my eyes as it tends to crease too much.
