Hello, I've always been a size 10 with a flat tummy up til this past year or so when I've gone up to a near 14 with most of it round belly and hips and also a lovely roll underneath my boobs for some reason. I feel grim. I'm assuming A combination of peri and alot of stress which is giving me a sort of fight of flight reaction so my body is laying down fat as if preparing for some sort of siege or famine 😂. I'm eating the same as I always did, mostly about 1200 to 1400 calories a day (with maybe a day off a week where I eat/drink a bit more) and exercising as usual and nothing is shifting it.

So I need to find an alternative to try and avoid looking awful in all my dresses.

What's the best control underwear to get?
I feel like I need something that will pull me in from below boobies to mid thigh... but where is best to get it from?

Following with interest as my control pants aren’t doing much!

As you are looking for something to wear with dresses, I would suggest taking a look at the M&S Control slip. You wear your own bra with it (or not wear a bra depending on the dress) and it is far easier going for a wee than control knickers. It's also more comfy.

I will check it out. Should you side up or down do you think if you are in between dress sizes?

Possibly size up I would suggest.
