A question for The Ordinary users, please

I am following a regime of The Ordinary products following their advice and was wondering what you use around your eyes. I did used a separate eye cream with my previous regime. I don't take The Ordinary too close to my eyes so feel that area may be missing out now.
What do other users do?

I just use my regular non-Ordinary moisturiser.

What an insightful input. Why would you reply to a thread that doesn't concern you?

I used their caffeine eye serum until I ran out and couldn't be bothered to rebuy it online, I liked it but if I'm honest I've never noticed any change whatever I've used under my eyes!

MarshaMelrose · 28/09/2022 16:05

What are you looking to improve around your eyes?

pullpullpullthattail · 28/09/2022 16:06

@BritishDesiGirl what are going on about? @SuperSange has literally answered the OPs question Confused

Peridot1 · 28/09/2022 16:08

I know you are using an Ordinary regime but you don’t have to use their product for your eyes. Any eye cream will do depending on what you want to achieve. I always use one mainly for hydration as I’ve never found they make a huge difference really. I e never been wowed by one. I’m 58 and been using eye creams since my mid twenties. I think the new CeraVe one is supposed to be quite good.

@BritishDesiGirl What's your problem? Are you the thread police? I'll answer any question I like thanks. 🙄

What are you looking to improve around your eyes?

Signs of ageing, lines and dryness.

I use their caffeine eye serum which I do like and has brightened up my eyes and gotten rid of dark circles, but it hasn't done anything about aging.

I do use the retinol at night time and take it around the eye contour. Other than that I use just normal moisturiser.

MarshaMelrose · 28/09/2022 16:20

For signs of ageing you need a retinoid. If you want to stay with the ordinary, they do have retinoids. But I found Roc night retinol correxion cream really good. I've moved into tretinoin now (I've gone hard-core!) but when I was starting out, Roc worked very well.

I just take my The Ordinary products to around my eyes. They’re gentle enough for the skin there.
