Best wipe off cleanser

Mornings I use a wash off cleanser while in the shower & then toner, moisturise.

Don't ask me why, I just don't like washing my face at night, even with a cloth so have
been using Micellar water at night.
Have had the above regime for quite a few years now and my skin is in pretty good condition. However, I've read a couple of times recently on MN thar Micellar is only a makeup remover, not a cleanser?

So I need your help finding a decent wipe off cleanser for night time please,
Years ago I used to use Clarins wipe off cleanser if I was feeling flush or 'anything cheap' from Boots if I was watching the pennies. That was years ago so not up to date with what's on offer now.

Skin is fairly normal, don't really have greasy or dry patches.
Budget - £20 ish? But always happy to hear about tried and tested budget buys or spend a bit more if there is a consensus about a more expensive one up to £30.

Thank you.

I bought L'Oreal Fine Flowers Cleansing Milk when I lost my job during covid. I only bought it as it was half price and I needed something to suit a very low budget. I paid £3 for it.

It's usually £6 but is often on offer for £3. It is amazing stuff! Cleanses skin beautifully, leaving it soft and moisturised. Even though I could now afford a more expensive cleanser I've stayed with it. It lasts for ages and was a really good find!

It even takes mascara off!

Omg I came on to say exactly the same! L'Oreal fine flowers is absolutely lovely.

My skin was really dry so I was looking for a gentle cream cleanser and this is just perfect for my skin.

I really like this one from the Body Shop, it smells delicious and makes my skin really clean. www.thebodyshop.com/en-gb/face/cleansers-and-toners/camomile-sumptuous-cleansing-butter/p/p000186

Gosh I thought I was the only one who detested washing their face at night! I am going to give L'Oreal Fine Flowers Cleansing Milk a try as I wear mascara every day.

What are you using to wipe this kind of cleanser off? I still use a warm cloth, but OP says she doesn't like to use one. Cotton wool? Interested as my skin is proper cross at the moment and I'm looking for the most gentle option I can find.
