Help tracking down these shoes please? (With pic)

Hi,

Anybody know where I can get a pair of heels similar (or ideally identical) to these?

Just something about them made me 😍 as soon as I saw them in an advertisement email.

They are featured on Joanie clothing emails/website models but they don't actually sell shoes so not from there.

I owned a pair like this about 16 years ago. They were from New Look and I wore them until they fell apart.

Google tan T bar shoes with block heel & see if you like any of those.

I have a similar pair in black, had them about 8 years and bought them in Clarks .
