If you’re tall and apple shaped, what do you wear for a party?

I’m 5ft 9 almost. Size 20/22. And carry my weight around my middle.

I’ve been invited to a party very soon. What could I wear? My thoughts were a dress with boots, but when I turn to the side it never looks good. Or do I just need better underwear?

I think it’s probably the style of dress you are choosing, anything straight it just going to accentuate your tummy and underwear isn’t going to help much. Have a look at some of the outfit on a plus size site, they are designed to flatter. Some of these look lovely.
