I need a smart black skirt for dd.

Daughter needs a formal black skirt, she likes things to be below the knee, not on or above . I thought this would be easy ! I can’t find anything. All I can find are smart pencil skirts on the knee or longer more floaty things which aren’t plain enough.
It doesn’t help that although she is just under five foot seven, her waist is 22” , hips 35” so she needs a size 4. A size 6 at a push if it came up small, and perhaps I could get it tailored to fit.
Would prefer wool, or cotton not polyester.
I have looked in John Lewis to no avail .
She is happy with slim, A line, or box pleats etc.
Any pointers where to look ?

That looks promising ! Only in a size 6, not a 4, but it looks reasonably long doesn’t it ?

That's what I thought - not many size 4s around but looks as if there are enough seams that it could be taken in
