Has anyone on here used e-salon for their hair colour? If so, how did you find it? Thanks.

I use it. I find the service very good. I have semi permanent dye and it lasts well. I prefer the colour to when I used to have it done in the hairdresser pre-covid.

Used it since Covid. Find them very good, my skills at applying less so!

Colour is a really good match, use it to top up roots mainly. Really flexible service as well.

I really like it. I started using it during covid too. my hairdresser said the colour match is pretty good. my hair is in much better condition for using it.

I've used it since covid too, and I'm very happy with it - I don't have any grey or a very drastic colour change and so my formulation doesn't seem as harsh as other box dyes (and doesn't stink either).

I also tried the balayage kit last year and was impressed, although I've had another one sitting in the cupboard for ages and I ought to get it used.

I've been using them for a couple of years. I think they're very good. The colour is excellent, they take trouble to match what you want to begin with (via photos) and they check each month whether you are happy or whether you want to discuss a change. You can also skip a month if you want. There's barely any ammonia type smell in the kit which is a bonus.
I get a bit frustrated at all the packaging and the number of throwaway gloves they send but I recycle the gloves myself anyway!

I think I’ll give it a go then.

I really like it and they have tweaked my colour whenever I asked and also told me when my ideas won't work which I think is useful.

The price has gradually slid up quite significantly though so find I dye my hair less often

My hair is very grey and the coverage is really good! I do leave it on a bit longer than it says though just to make sure!
