Dress for an interview

I have an interview next week- I work in finance and it's quite formal and traditional. I've tried skirt suits but they're making me look enormous (am 14-16). Do you think these dresses are smart enough? They look better without a jacket. Plus lowish navy heels. Can you suggest anything better? I need to define my waist but nothing tight over the tum.

outfit in general sounds great - dress jacket and heels - all very smart and the suit is out anyway.

have you looked at marks and Spencer they do similar dresses but a fraction of the price since you don’t love these - I really like the first one!

I’ve got two lovely comfortable and flattering shirt dresses from hush recently. I think they’re going to be a good investment for me.
flattering, quite a lot of material in them and good pockets!
