Squelchy superga - any solutions?

My leather Superga low trainers have started making what I can only describe as ‘squelching’ noises while walking. I wear them with trainer liners, don’t have sweaty feet and have tied the laces tightly to minimise movement of feet inside the shoes. Does anyone have any tried and tested solutions?

I own quite a few pairs of Superga and they all squelch. I thinks it's just the way they are! Not helpful, I know.

Oh I was thinking to buy a pair. Is it a loud, embarrassing noise?

I have some white leather trainers, not Superga, one of those posh shoe shop brands, and they do this. I worry that people will think I'm breaking wind with every step!

It's quite loud but obviously the shoes, rather than anything else!

I have found sheepskin insoles stops that from happening.
