Problems at Cult Beauty

Anyone had problems with Cult Beauty recently? I have shopped with them for quite a few years, spending far too much. My latest order had some things missing which has never happened before. I expected to just be able to phone them, let them know and get them to despatch the missing items. Not so. No live chat, no phone number any more, only email. My account has been under 'investigation' for a week now and no sign of them sending the missing things. There's a few people complaining of similar issues on their facebook page too.

They used to be quick at sorting problems. Thanks for the heads up I might avoid it. I think they are part of hut group now?

Yes, they are part of The Hut Group, but I've never had problems with their other sites like Look Fantastic- always had good service before. Keeping fingers crossed they can sort it or else I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future.

Update. Hurray, they've finally shipped my order- co-incidently a couple of hours after a strongly worded message to them.

I have a problem with TKMax a online order i couldn't pick up, so it should of been refunded back to my account but they have only refunded me the delivery cost of £1.99 so I am £19.99 out of pocket, can't get through on the phone the chat thing not working so I have sent a email hopefully it will get sorted.

I do use them and haven't had any issues but it's always good to know if others have. Glad it seems to be sorted now OP.
