Which colour trainers?

For everyday autumn wear. Generally wear light blue, dark blue or black jeans. Dusky pink, black, purple or dark grey coat.

Black or the red

Blue, all the others are a bit meh

@GettingStuffed would the blue look strange with light blue jeans though?

I like the green ones.

Dusky pink will go best with blue jeans, bright blue and black don’t go with blue jeans IMO.

The fourth picture - is it grey or khaki? Either way it’s a decent safe option, second best after the pink.

I find those kind of trainers let the rain in if that matters?

@CoconutAmericano I know, and usually I always buy goretex trainers. I was duped by the last pair I ordered and can't drive in them when wet as they slip off the pedals, squeak and all the kids laugh at me. I'd only wear them when it's raining if I have the car and am doing pick up so don't need to walk far. The waterproof version are slightly different cut and don't fit well.

DH thinks I should get the Niagara (light blue) but as I said , I don't think they'll work with light blue jeans.
I like the Ruby Rust but it's not a colour I would usually go for.
Black would maybe be more sensible.
Or Olive is maybe a safer choice but not as sensible as black.

I've been to try some on. The blue are out, they look weird with my jeans. They didn't have other colours in the shop so I'd have to order online. I'm not convinced they fit properly, but I've not found anything else.

Personally I like Adidas superstars. They're leather, they don't let the rain in (I walk a lot) and I find them very comfortable. And I just think they go with everything.
