Office Dresses & Flats!

I'm in my 50s and a generous size 18, and would love to wear more dresses to the office, but I really struggle with heels.

Looking for suggestions of outfits / styles of dresses that work flat comfy shoes or flat comfy shoes that work with dresses!

In the winter, I'll wear dresses with boots and socks, which is so comfy, but not been able to get this look working when it's not boot season - lol

I don't think you can go wrong with a wrap dress or shirt. You can I wear mine with ballet type pumps when I can't be bothered with heels. Some examples that work well for me as a size 16.

As for shoes I think a more pointed toe can be less frumpy and works well with dresses
