Chantecaille

Is Chantecaille worth the ridiculous prices? There's a nice looking lipstick with a giraffe on it, are the lipsticks anything special or am I just falling for packaging?

When i got married, the make up lady used chantecaille and so i bought the lipstick she had used. In my opinion, it goes on nicely, but doesn't last any longer than a cheaper lipstick.

Nothing special. I'd rather have a glossier or bourgeois lip product

I collect the lipsticks with the elephant etc in them . The lipstick case is well made, weighty and the giraffe won’t rub off I think it’s engraved on. The lipstick itself feels like a balm, doesn’t last that long is very glossy.

I’ve reviewed a few on my blog but haven’t any photos of the giraffe one yet. This is plumeria.
