This is my natural hair colour (pictured) i had bleached it for years from being a teenager and I have for the past two years been growing it out. I now have waist legnth hair that is half my natural hair colour (virgin hair) and half yellow bleached hair. My question is - what colour would you say my natural is, so that I can order a good box dye online in as close a colour to my natural as possible, to use on the ends of my hair! Thanks xx

Not the best photo due to lighting. Do you have a picture of your current hair? As it would be better to judge in natural light.

Mid golden brown?

would it not be better to cut it? I’m not sure you can ever successfully dye over bleached hair v well.

And don’t mess with your virgin hair. I would cut it.

Dark warm blonde.

Your hair colour changes over time and with age. It's very unlikely to still be the exact same colour you were when you were a child.

I’m not a hairdresser but it looks like a warm level 7 to me. If it’s bleached on the end, just use a semi permermant at a level 9.3 as it will grab colour and go very dark if you use an actual level 7 to colour over it. Only use a Demi or a semi as a permanent will look very flat and dull over bleached ends. If you don’t like so much warmth, go for a Demi/semi 9.13.
