Lipsticks- what to do with the bit left in the tube- is there a gadget?

I am sure that yonks ago I saw a product where you could use up the last couple of cms of a lipstick (when it's too far gone to use without a brush or your finger.)
It was where you could take it out and put it into another container/ tube, perhaps melting it first to create a 'new' lippie.

Have I imagined this?

I currently have a few high end lippies that have loads left (in the same shade) but not enough to 'swipe' IYSWIM. I'm using a lipbrush but this isn't convenient when out and about as it's far too fiddly.

I don’t know about a gadget but there are people on YouTube showing how they reuse their lipstick containers, you could gather all your old bits and make one new one.
melt and pour

V mash then melt with hairdryer

Use a lip brush?

Ah sorry saw you'd tried that.
I have a little mirrored lipstick case, I put my lipstick and brush in that for out.

Use a tiny spatula to get it out. Put it in a clean small pot, and apply with a brush
