I have recently been eyeing a few used dresses and skirts online, but wont be able to return them (ebay), I was hoping someone could help with sizing? Im on a larger side of 16, trying to lose weight, so dont want to buy lots of 18 sizes, but if they run small, may be worth it?

I found sizing was fine but the bust area always too big, and I'm a DD. 16 should be fine for you

I found that it really depended on the item. I was around a 16 when I bought all mine but needed anywhere between a 14 and an 18. Usually very tight on the chest and the pencil styles very very tight on the hip. I also found the floatier styles were bigger on the chest too.

Probably best to ask the seller to measure the item for you. I've been ebaying all my new unworn ones as I've put too much weigh on to wear them again and I usually put the measurements on the listing.
