Face pack for older menopausal skin.

Hello, I’m menopausal and my skin is terrible. I’ve suddenly got spots and my skin feels really dirty. On top of that, my skin’s now quite sensitive and gets very dry.
I'm a real catch.

Can anyone recommend a good face pack for a deep clean?

Don't laugh - Milk of Magnesia. Seriously. A couple of table spoons as a face pack, leave for 15 mins, wash off with warm water. Someone told me this about 40 years ago, and it works!

Give it a go - just do it for a short time to start with.
Plus, I stopped using the expensive face creams, I just use E45 as a face cream, and add a drop of baby oil when my skin feels dry.
