Barefoot shoes

Does anyone here wear barefoot shoes?
I started the process after lockdown as I’d pretty much been barefoot for all of it and the thought of squeezing my feet back into tiny shoes was too much.

I generally wear my Vivo barefoot hiking boots or Chelsea boots in winter, with some rocket dogs and teva sandals in the summer.
I’m not militant about having the complete barefoot experience as long as I have enough space etc.

What I’m struggling with is just how ugly the styles are, I miss having some nice shoes..I wouldn’t mind some smart shoes for autumn. If you do wear barefoot shoes is that all you wear or do you mix and match? Tbh I love my vivo boots as they’re so comfortable.

Have a look at grounders. Be careful with the returns cost as they’re based on Europe though

I do and have done for about 10 years on and off, about 6 years exclusively. I love shoes and buy a lot from abroad - as long as the order is under £135, there are no customs fees/VAT to pay. There's also a second hand BF shoes selling group on Facebook if you do end up with any that don't suit and you don't want to return.

My favourite brands are Paperkrane, Muki Shoes, Feelgrounds, Wildlings and Vivo.

I think some campers are barefoot ish too. I have ballet flats

Thanks @fernz theres a few brands there and I check out. Good to know about the customs limit too. Off to explore some new shoes. @Beenheresomanytimesbefore thats my goal ‘barefoot-ish’ as I know my rocket dogs aren’t truly barefoot nor my trust Teva’s but they don’t crunch my toes up.
