Does my hair look hacked?

I asked for face framing layers to blend into my growing out fringe. Does this look awful? My hair is already thin due to pp hair loss and anaemia.

A little bit yes because there are some weird chopped off bits randomly midlength. You won't be able to see them though because you won't be walking around with your head forward like that

Nice hair but odd cut

Did the hairdresser use those awful thinning scissors on it? I hate my hair when it is cut with them. I now have a hairdresser who just cuts with scissors and my hair doesn't look so frondy (for want of a better word) or wispy at the ends.
