I'm attending a wedding tomorrow and bought new makeup. I'm practicing because it is really a long time since I've worn it and my foundation won't stick above my newly waxed brows. I've washed thoroughly and used witch Hazel to tone and still it won't stick. Any ideas? Feeling pretty crap now.
