Can I just check - I’ve always assumed this means the shop tags are still attached to show u worn not just the labels on the clothes?

Yes definitely- should mean the swing labels, cardboard on nylon string type thing.

Yes the actual shop tags, not labels on the clothing itself.

Yes, the shop tag attached with the plastic kimble showing the thing to be unworn. Not the clothing washing or name label.
