Unstylish, chunky and need help dressing for funeral

Just as the title says really.
I'm a large size 16, 5"8 with a big chest and currently a larger stomach than I would like.
I'm going to a funeral in a couple of weeks and have no clue how to dress myself.

Lower cut necklines tend to look better on me due to my bust as high necklines make it look like a shelf. I also need something a bit loose fitting on the stomach.
Something under £100 would be ideal.

Any tips please?

We went to one of DH's friends funerals a few weeks ago, and I can't tell you how diverse the dress code was! Some were smart in suits, others in jeans. I don't think people necessarily dress up for funerals anymore unless you're family........ wear something you'll get use out of again.

I wore a navy linen A line dress from Seasalt, and took one of my best handbags/nice shoes and a chunky necklace.

Thank you! It's my grandmother so I feel I have to be smart but will try not to worry too much. I've had a look online and have found a couple of a-line dresses on plus size websites that look nice.

I wore this to a funeral a few weeks ago. Really liked it. Hoping they do it in a few more colours. It's very good for the price... ignore the reviews that say it's thin. It's a summer dress so it isn't thick fabric but it certainly isn't see through.

I have been browsing at M&S and found this: https://www.marksandspencer.com/jersey-v-neck-belted-midi-tea-dress/p/clp60548763?intid=mobileappppdpshare

Sorry about your nan Flowers
