Dress for wedding guest help!!!

I hope someone here can help me. I need a dress for a mid October wedding. I'm short and round. Size 18/20/22 depending on style/brand. Narrow back, big boobs, big belly, legs are not my best feature. Boobs and shoulders are ok, arms...meh
Anyway, I need help. I have no idea where to look or what kind of style to try, also I'm in Ireland, happy to buy online and try anything anyone suggests might flatter me.
(Also I'm on a path re weight loss, lifelong PCOS sufferer and it's a struggle, please be kind)
