Help me work out what I need, my skincare routine is only a cleanse and that's is, I can see some pigmentation and some lack of firmness! Would like some skincare to help, any good brands and what to go for?

I’d recommend that you start using an SPF, that will help prevent any further pigmentation. I love Ultra Violette and use it everyday.

maybe start with a vitamin C (start gently as some people don’t react well to it) and a hyaluronic acid. Beauty Pie is a great starting point for really effective products that aren’t stupidly expensive and even do ‘starter kits’

I've just upped my skin routine and started using some of the nip fab stuff, the retinol night cream and the vit c serum and glyceric scrub and after 3 weeks I can really see a difference. My skin seems plumper more glowy and my lines on my forehead have faded a tad. X

Cleanse
Tretinoin
Moisturise

Spf

Those are most important. I'm 32 and this is an ideal routine for me.

I have dry skin so I add oils too but they aren't necessary for everyone
