Knee high boots for shorties?

I'm 5' 1" with short legs and narrow calves. Most boots hit my knee crease and are uncomfortable and are too wide.
Any recommendations for suitable boots? Budget limited to £150 max . Thanks!

I have two pairs of Clark’s sheer hi. Suede with elastic back panel and block heels. They are super comfortable and are about to start their third winter and have lasted well. They are £160 but they have offers and you may be able to get them on eBay.

I am similar height and struggle with this also. It's really annoying because knee-high boots are my best type of boot, but they need to sit below the knee.

I have never had much success with Clarks. Problem is, shops often don't specify the shaft measurements. I know that for me it needs to be 39 cm max. I have had quite a bit of success with Pikolinos. Even though the boots get shipped from Spain, the service is superb.

I have also had a fair bit of success with Gabor, Unisa and always worth looking in Zalando as they stock a lot of European brands. Unfortunately it looks like over the knee boots are all the rage this coming winter, so that's me stuffed.

I've got short legs at about 29 inches (I'm not short though!) and have had luck before in Aldo.

I have some lovely suede ones from The White Company which are slim in the calf so don’t look like wellies and sit perfectly just below the knee. Not for rainy days but they are pretty perfect otherwise.

I just received the clarks sheer hi boots today, and yes fit great I'm 5ft2 with slim legs. I have two pairs of gabor knee high boots that are slim on the legs too.
