For those hot days when you want something to even your skin out, but don’t want something as heavy as foundation what do you use?

I’m a big fan of the Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted Moisturiser.

ItsMutinyontheBunty · 13/08/2022 15:17

I’ve just started using Garnier BB cream with added sun screen. It gives a nice finish and is lighter than foundation.

Clinique Almost Powder!

I actually use it instead of foundation most of the time. Great for evening skin tone, a natural look and the powder stops me going shiny.

It also has SPF 15 which actually works.

Jemimapuddleduk · 13/08/2022 15:19

I’ve just discovered Clarins skin detox BB cream with factor 25. It is beautiful and has been a total game changer in hot weather.

bigbeautifulmonster · 13/08/2022 15:20

I used to use a really nice Clinique one but they stopped making it.

Watching here with interest.

lindyloo57 · 13/08/2022 15:29

I use a tinted spf with a little powder over

LadyOfTheCanyon · 13/08/2022 15:30

Origins Ginzing tinted moisturiser with SPF40. Miracle stuff.

DialSquare · 13/08/2022 15:35

Estée Lauder Revitalizing Supreme CC Cream. It's quite expensive but I love it. It's white when it comes out of the tube but changes to match your skin when you put it on. I also mix it with foundation for more coverage when going out.

tokyotea · 13/08/2022 16:30

Erborian CC cream, definitely.

Lakeowlmoon · 13/08/2022 16:42

Erborian CC cream and BB for a bit more coverage.

JohnNutLips · 13/08/2022 16:56

Another vote for Erborian CC - it has SPF too

MrsCharlieD · 13/08/2022 16:58

Nars tinted moisturiser. You're welcome.Smile

Amichelle84 · 13/08/2022 16:59

My go to is Benefit POREfessional.

I've just started using the Charlotte tilbury toner and that has a pore blurring effect of your skin generally quite good.

I have this but I can’t use it as it changes, yes, but not to match my skin tone. Very orange.

I use Eborian but I’m tempted by the sound of some of these others… ugh why do I open S&B threads 😩

I know. I shouldn’t start them as I’m always hopeful someone will tell me a fiver in boots will solve my woes.

I’m now debating a bloody £40 product given it’s apparently the holy grail of awesome skin

Just started using heliocare which has spf50

Lipsandlashes · 13/08/2022 18:40

Also Clinique powder but I use it all year round as foundation. I can’t stand the feel of liquid foundation on my skin.

neverbeenskiing · 13/08/2022 18:47

I can't stand the feel of foundation and find it makes me look older. I just use Blossom Colour Beauty Glow Primer over moisturiser and it evens out my skin tone and gives a nice youthful glow.

Caneparrot · 13/08/2022 18:48

Agree with nars tinted moisturiser

PeloAddict · 13/08/2022 19:00

I've just got the pixi h2o skin tint today which feels lovely
Can't really review it yet but online reviews are good and the colour is perfect for me

MollyVolley · 13/08/2022 19:14

This is a little pricey but magical

Rosie Inc skin enhance serum

have rosacea and dryness and it works so well! Lovely luminous finish and covers my cheeks well

Erborian CC cream, definitely.

I came on to say this. The IT one is ok too, but the Erborian is just lovely.

Body shop spf 30 glow cream
