You could get a basic type pattern like this and ask them to change it to how you would like.

I think if you're going to have a dress as beautiful as that, you may as well have it properly made for you.
Besides that, you can think of it as an heirloom piece and no one else is going to turn up in the same dress as you.

or look you can buy it on-line, or though not as keen on the original neckline

Keira's is silk chiffon, that doesn't look like chiffon.
