If you do?
How long do you normally leave it before new set?

My nails grow really quickly, I can get around 2/3infills before they need soaking off

MsMiaWallace · 13/08/2022 15:37

I've had same set since April.
Just keep infilling so I assume I'm ready for a new set!

Same set since April? So just continuous infills? Oh wow i wouldn’t have thought any reputable nail tech would do that. Im sure you should only have 2 infills max on a set them they should be removed and fresh nails applied.

I have had constant refills for months on end. No one ever takes them off to start fresh. So I've had a break since June. Will get them done now again soon.

I had a fresh set this week. Been having infills for a year. Nails looked fine underneath

I always get a gel manicure so never had acrylics but didn’t realise you just infilled each time with acrylics. Is this an acrylic overlay? Or are the nails extended?

MsMiaWallace · 14/08/2022 09:27

I think it's acrylic overlay.
I do use the Asian nail salons though...

With Asian salons you don’t actually know what they are using. Sometimes they use products which are banned in the UK.
