What’s the best hair gadget for thick wiry wavy hair?

I’ve got a babyliss Big Hair and it’s ok but I have to towel dry first and somehow it’s not delivering. My hair is almost collar length.

With a BBH you have to rough dry your hair with a hairdryer first. I get my hair about 80/90% dry and then use the BBH.
I have shoulder length,wavy coarse hair and the BBH sorts it out.

Oh - I was hoping for some new innovative thingy which would excite me the way BBH once did. My love is fading.

I'm in the same boat looking for a miracle gadget.
