Oh Jeeze I did one day and it was SO painful I stopped. Did
It not hurt you op?

Maybe a week tops, the treatment only was around two weeks. If you got it from a dentist it should be quick, if you bought it online thoug it's probably fake and you probably wont see results.

I spent around £300 on this and could not bare the pain! My gums started peeling from burns and the sensetivity after a whole night's wear was so bad I couldn't eat and had to drink through a straw for days afterwards.

I can only use it by wearing the trays for three hours tops with a good few days inbetween. I noticed my worst teeth (canines) improved quite quickly (maybe after 3 uses) but I still don't have perfectly white teeth all over. I don't think I put the gel close enough to the bottom as I'm worried about the gum burns again, so even my white teeth are still yellowish closer to the gums. I have my next dentist appointment next week so it'll be interesting to hear what he has to say.

I am the same. Seems really irresponsible of dentists to sell this. It's CLEARY not good for your teeth!

@onthinice the gel should not be going anywhere near your gums to cause burning. Applying lots of gel so it goes onto the necks of your teeth just makes teeth more sensitive, the trays usually have a reservoir to guide the gel where it needs to go.
Definately go back to your dentist to review your trays and how you are using them.
