If you use a toner on some bleach blonde highlights will the toner fade to that same bleach blonde highlights. Because I didnt like the look of my highlights they was streaky.

Yeah but will this toner fade back to that stripy look? My hairdresser colour my roots so that strip look went and put a toner all over

im just basically asking the way It looks now the nicer look will that go back to that stripy look when the toner washes out
