Anyone rate it or know of alternatives ..?

I fell for it the last time there was a thread about it and it made absolutely bugger all difference that I could see (51, menopausal, skin fine but could be boing-ier). In fact I still have a third of a pack in the cupboard that I forgot to take because it was so underwhelming.

I used it for a good 6 months and didnt notice any difference whatsoever, I had read so many good reviews of it that I was disappointed

Let's say I know this product. It is for mature skin and is marine based. You could try eating more fish, avocado and nuts. I work in the beauty industry and have zero lines (56). I don't have fillers. I wear spf 30+ everyday. I wear foundation and at the moment I use Lacara Aldi face cream. It replaced a £75 French brand. I can't see any difference. I haven't told my colleagues.
The best skin I see is ladies who have a monthly facial.

I used it throughout my 40s and it definately made a difference and my skin was lovely. Now i'm in my 50s it doesn't seem tohave any effect. i think it just can't fight advanced aging, because of lack of collegen at that age maybe. Maybe menopause related.

I take a vitamin e capsule every day, and fish oil and a big vitamin C. I think these are good for skin. My skin gets drier when I don’t take the oils.
