‘Buy now’ button not working on Vinted

Ok so it’s probably saving me some cash, but I would really like to buy some items on Vinted! When I first signed up it was fine and I purchased a nice pair of shoes. However ever since then if I press the ‘buy now’ button it takes me to the messaging screen, same as when I press ‘ask seller’. I have twice raised a query with the help function, but no response… just wondered if anyone else has this (or can tell me what I’m doing wrong!)? I have even tried creating a whole new account with a different email but it was the same….

Yes this is happening to me right now and is really annoying me I haven’t been able to buy anything ? Did you ever get it figured out ?

It's a known glitch. The Vinted forum have people asking about it a lot. It's a very glitchy website!! Everything for me is currently in a foreign language so can read any descriptions.

It's super frustrating when you want to buy or sell something and there's no 'buy' button. But lots of people keep asking the same question about this in the forum. If that's you, please read this post! Short answer: No buy button? Sellers need to turn on either Yodel or Royal Mail 👍🏻 Long answer: There are 2 reasons: 1. It's a beauty item (makeup, perfume, etc.). These items can only be sent by Yodel or Royal Mail so sellers need to have one of these postage options turned on for the 'buy' button to appear. 2. The seller only has Evri and/or InPost turned on as postage options. Evri and InPost are not available in all areas. Plus, there are times when both are turned off to manage locker capacity, etc.

Hi can someone please help! The buy now button has completely disappeared on vinted, I have looked at hundreds of pages even on the things I don't want....again no buy now button 😐 contacted vinted and they just said will get back to me, also they deleted one of my items on my page the other day and said I had had put a duplicate item on to sell I hadn't, wrote them to them said I had ti appeal it ??!!then the next day they said it was a mistake on their part!!!!what is going on with vinted????
