Diptique Perfumes

Hello

I was buying one of their candles as a gift and got a sample of their "Eau Capitale" perfume. I think I love it, it seems to last for ages! But it's so expensive!

Any of you use it?

No, but I bought one of candles for a relative for Xmas last year- they had asked for it. I could not believe how bloody expensive it was for a candle fgs. I didn’t have an issue spending that amount on relative, in fact they had other things too as very close relative. But couldn’t believe how much of my budget for them was being taken up by a poxy candle in a glass jar…it wasn’t even a particularly splendid holder they could use for anything else .

but relative was delighted and said it smelt lovely and was enjoying it all over Xmas- so what makes some people happy is quite bonkers I suppose

I have eau rose and it's one of my favourite and most expensive perfumes. Unfortunately dp doesn't like it (we did a blind smell test of some of my perfumes and he rated it last!)

@Headbandheart Their Pomander candle is fantastic for Christmas, but i do think for the money, Lily Flame ones are good!

The solid version is less than half the price and goes further. I love Diptique.

Vetyverio is insanely beautiful. I have the geranium one. I did baulk at the price, but every time I sprayed it in John Lewis, it lasted on my coat for ages, so ended up buying it.

I adore Olene, and it last ages on your skin.
