Eyelash dye not working

I've been using eyelash dye for years usually Dyelash until I think they changed the formula and it wasn't as good.

I've been using Refectocil instead and it dyes my eyebrows well but not my lashes using the same mix.

I use Mylee brow & lash tint activator 2% and I'm never sure how many drops to use, but however much I mix up it still works for eyebrows and not lashes. What am I doing wrong?

Is it the Eyelure you’re using? In which case I’ve found the same. I use the brow dye (that you pre mix) on lashes too and it’s much better.
